What MyFA stores
MyFA stores the workspace information you choose to enter, including financial records, tasks, project cards, memories, encrypted password-vault ciphertext, preferences, subscription status, and shared clipboard items. The web app also keeps an offline copy on your device so core features continue without a connection.
Shared clipboard
Clipboard content is processed only when you explicitly share it from a MyFA client or extension context-menu action. Cloud clipboard items expire after 30 days. Connected clients may retain a local cached copy until you disconnect, clear app data, or uninstall that client.
Authentication and payments
For manual accounts, MyFA stores your name, username, email address, a salted password hash, and hashed session identifiers. If you choose Google sign-in, Google provides your verified email, name, profile image, and account identifier; MyFA never receives your Google password. Payments are processed by Stripe, and MyFA does not store full payment-card numbers.
Password vault
Vault entries are encrypted in your browser with a key derived from your master password. MyFA does not receive or store that master password. Losing it may make the vault unrecoverable.
Data sharing
MyFA does not sell personal data or clipboard content and does not use it for advertising. Service providers receive only information needed to operate authentication, hosting, exchange rates, payments, and synchronization.
Your controls
You can export your workspace, delete shared clipboard items, revoke device pairing tokens, clear local storage, or request account deletion. For privacy requests, contact support@myfadigital.com.
Security and retention
We use encrypted transport, HttpOnly session cookies, rate-limited sign-in, scoped account access, hashed extension tokens, and reasonable technical safeguards. Data is retained while your account is active or as required for security, legal, and payment records.
This policy should be reviewed for the laws and business entity governing your launch markets before accepting paying customers.
