Terms of service
Last updated: July 31, 2026
The service
MyFA provides personal and small-business organization tools for finance tracking, reporting, tasks, boards, encrypted credentials, memories, device sync, and shared clipboard use. MyFA is a record-keeping product, not a bank, accountant, tax adviser, or investment adviser.
Your account
You are responsible for accurate account information, maintaining device security, protecting pairing tokens and vault credentials, and activity performed through your account.
Subscriptions
Paid features, prices, billing periods, trials, renewal terms, taxes, cancellation, and refund rules are shown at checkout. Recurring subscriptions renew until cancelled through the provided billing controls.
Acceptable use
Do not use MyFA to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, probe the service, bypass access controls, or store content you are not permitted to process.
Your data
You retain ownership of your content and grant MyFA the limited permission needed to host, synchronize, back up, and display it to you. Use the export controls regularly and keep independent records needed for legal or tax obligations.
Availability
Offline features can continue on supported devices, but online sync, rates, payments, and connected-device features depend on network and third-party services. The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
